Course setup is on Friday afternoon, the day before the race!

Race Day Volunteer Info
The Overland Mountain Bike Club sincerely appreciates your help in volunteering to make this race happen. It cannot occur without dedicated people like you.
Please review the roles and time-slots below and select what your most comfortable doing. There will be a pre-race meeting for all volunteers on Wednesday, September 5th at 7:00 PM. It is highly recommended that you attend so you know what to do on race-day.
- All volunteers will receive a post-race meal as well as a race t-shirt.
- Aid Station Radio Tower volunteers will get additional food-stuff due to the remote location
- To be eligible for your t-shirt and meal, you must be able to work the entire shift that you sign up for AND show up on time
- Due to safety reasons, children are not allowed to accompany volunteers. If you bring your children, PLEASE have someone else to look after them while you are working.
- Volunteers are certainly welcome to signup for more than one race activity.
